Shipping and Return Policy
ExoticglassArt.com Shipping Information:
We use UPS, Fed Ex and USPS for shipping our Artwork to our customers. If you
live in the United States then UPS Shipping is available for Overnight, Next
day, and Ground Delivery. USPS is for our International customers and is
available for Ground and Priority Delivery. Fed Ex is used as a back up to both
services.
ExoticGlassArt.com Return Policy:
We want all of our customers to enjoy their experience when shopping at
www.ExoticGlassArt.com . Therefore
we offer a No Hassle 30 day return policy. At any time during the first 30 days
after receiving your undamaged order you decide you would like to return it,
please send your request to
Returns@ExoticGlassArt.com. Once your request is received, we will issue you
a RMA number to enable you to return your order. Once you receive this RMA
number, you will simply pack it back up and return it to us. Upon receipt of the
undamaged product,
www.ExoticGlassArt.com will refund your order less any shipping and
handling charges within 5 business days.
All of our pieces of art are one of a kind originals and they are packed for
shipment according to industry standards to assure a safe delivery. If your
piece is damaged during the shipping process a claim can be filed with the
shipper for a full refund of the original cost. Damage must be noted at time of
delivery prior to acceptance of delivery.
